2° VOLLEYBALL GLOBE - 2012

Volleyball.it, portale del volley italiano, propone in rete i Volleyball Globe, un premio pallavolistico che sarà assegnato annualmente ai giocatori che si sono distinti maggiormente nell'anno solare precedente militando in un club di un qualsiasi campionato nazionale a livello mondiale e con la propria nazionale.

Volleyball.it, the Italian volleyball portal, proposes the Volleyball Globe on the net. It is a volleyball prize yearly awarded to players who stood out more in the last calendar year, playing in a club of any national championship in the world, and with their national team.

FORMULA

Tabellone a eliminazione diretta per ogni ruolo. 1° turno: Ottavi di finale. Si può votare 1 sola volta per ciascun singolo sondaggio dopo registrazione gratuita (You can vote only one time for each individual poll after free registration).

IL PREMIO - THE PRIZE

Il premio si articolerà nell'assegnazione di due riconoscimenti per il migliore giocatore e la miglior giocatrice del mondo, oltre a riconoscimenti parziali per ogni singolo ruolo (alzatore, opposto, schiacciatore ricevitore, centrale e libero) maschile e femminile.

The prize will be awarded to the best male player and the best female player in the world, and there will be partial awards for each male and female role (setter, opposite, spiker, middle blocker and libero).

LA VOTAZIONE - THE VOTE

La votazione si articolerà in due fasi. Un voto popolare dei lettori internazionali di Volleyball.it tramite i sondaggi pubblicati nella apposita sezione del sito, con i giocatori e le giocatrici suddivisi per ruolo, un successivo voto di una giuria allargata di più di 100 giornalisti specializzati nella pallavolo raccolti a livello mondiale che avrà la valenza di spicco per l'assegnazione dei due premi assoluti.

Alla giuria dei giornalisti sarà proposta la lista di tutti i giocatori/giocatrici inseriti nei sondaggi chiedendo loro di indicare cinque nomi assoluti in una classifica dal 1° al 5° posto per uomini e donne. 

I giornalisti potranno indicare anche due giocatori/giocatrici non indicati nelle liste.

Al fianco dei Volleyball Globe riservati ai giocatori e alle giocatrici appassionati e giornalisti potranno votare anche l'allenatore della pallavolo maschile e l'allenatore della pallavolo femminile dell'anno. 

I criteri con cui sono stati indicati i giocatori e gli allenatori votabili tengono presente i risultati della stagione in nazionale e nel club nell'ultima annata. 

The vote will take place in two phases.
The first will consist of a popular vote of the international Volleyball.it readers through polls published in a dedicated section of the website, with male and female players divided by role; later on, a subsequent vote of an enlarged jury, made by more than 100 volleyball journalists gathered worldwide, will have the leading value to the award of two absolute prizes.
The jury of journalists will be given a list of all male and female players included in the survey previously mentioned, asking them to indicate five absolute names in a ranking from 1st to 5th place, both for men and women.
Journalists will also have the possibility of proposing two male or female players not mentioned in the lists.
Next to the Volleyball Globe reserved to male and female players, fans and journalists will also have the possibility of voting the coach of the year, the one leading a men's volleyball team and the one leading a women's volleyball team. The criteria awarding players and coaches will consider results achieved with the national team and during the last season in the club.
